PALEFLESH
A downloadable game
London, 1985. A new product is moving through the upper echelons of the city - a biotechnical substance that makes you beautiful, confident, ageless. A parasite that feeds on everything it promises to give you. PALEFLESH is a two-part investigative scenario for Delta Green set in Thatcher's London, where the horror of an alien feeding cycle is indistinguishable from the decade's own obsessions with flesh, status and transformation.
The author of Delta Green mini-campaign BE NOT AFRAID presents a new scenario for Delta Green, this time placing the agents into the role of PISCES agents in 1980s London. Players have the option of playing as Talents, gifted agents of PISCES with hyperdimensional abilities - that come at the cost of their sanity.
What starts as an interrogation of a withered and manic individual found sucking the blood of an Alsation on Hampstead Heath soon becomes a race against the dispersal of an alien compound that drains its hosts dry. At the same time agents must deal with the disintegration of PISCES as it's compromised by an unknown force.
Inspired by the works of David Cronenberg, the Taiwanese movie The Sadness and the 80s classic British film Mona Lisa, as well as a suite of other pieces of media.
